So Gary flies in on Friday afternoon, sleeps and shops in London on Saturday then gets an early morning wake up call so we can get him to Woburn Woods on time, where proceeds to show some youngsters how it's done. The man is a super vet and was undoubtedly jet lagged but I can't say I saw anything but smiles from him. Maybe it was the bacon sarnies. :) Whatever. He then had an early morning start to get up to see the lads at Singletrack and possibly get another ride in. Fort William next, for the Premiere of Klunkerz, (cool film, keep an eye out for some copies we're giving away), and then another, really early wake up so he could catch a flight back to the US to be at the Premiere of Klunkerz, (cool film, have I said that?) in Boston, Massachusettes, on the following evening. He doesn't sit still for long but Geoff Waugh shot him hanging around in the woods.

On his way up to Scotland for the Premiere of Klunkerz, Gary will be dropping by the local dirt spot around MK, Woburn Woods.:D We decided to make use of the time we had with him so we devised a video session and arranged for top photographer, Geoff Waugh, to come along to capture the moment. Not knowing really what we'd need, we thought we'd pack everything. This is a picture of (almost) everything we'll be hauling up the woods. Our resident director, Rich Wood, will be calling the shots and hopefully by the end of the week we'll have some edited footage of the event.:)

The Revolver series came together because I think the 29er and Hi Fi platforms have brought mountain biking to a new era- that of co-development. We've had custom valving on shocks and forks for a number of years but until G2 came along, custom offset was unheard of. The man that brought all this about, Gary Fisher, often goes unrecognised for his efforts in stretching the boundaries of mountain bike design, but I'd like to think the Revolver series redresses the balance.

Gary himself will be visiting us soon so we can get some time with one of the pioneers of the sport; maybe shoot some pictures, maybe some video but definitely to shoot the breeze as they say. If we get some stills and video, you'll catch it on here not long after.:)
